  • Rockfish — 40–45%
  • Salmon — 50–55%
  • Sablefish (Blackcod) — 55–60%
  • Halibut — 60–65%
  • Tuna (loins) — 45–55%

Recovery percentages are based on standard trim and careful handling. Actual yields may vary depending on fish condition, size, and requested specs
